The National Institutes of Health, Office of Research Facilities, Office of Acquisitions, Hamilton, Montana, anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about December 19, 2022, that will result in a firm fixed-price contract award for Boiler Plant Operations & Maintenance. The requirements contained within this anticipated contract will be for the operation and maintenance services on Government owned property and building, which are located at the National Institutes of Health, “Rocky Mountain Laboratories”, Hamilton, Montana 59840. The solicitation for these services is for a term of one (1) base year plus four (4) options years, which can be exercised at the Government's discretion. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this acquisition is 561210, Facilities Support Services. This is a Small Business Set-aside solicitation, offers will be considered by all eligible small business firms. A pre-proposal conference and walk through will be held on January 12, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. local time. No other walk throughs will be made available. All attendees must have a valid picture ID card, check in with security at the RML Visitor’s Center, Bldg. 30, 903 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, MT 59840 for assembly and further directions. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in written format to Jim Parr, Contracting Officer, at parrj@mail.nnih.gov by e-mail only not later than January 19, 2023. If an amendment should be required to address any questions submitted.
