The NIH/Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML), Hamilton, MT a component of the National Institute of Health (NIH), through this procurement, intends to award a firm fixed-price service support contract in support of several Government owned security systems, generally characterized as low voltage systems. The contractor shall provide a wide range of maintenance, repair, updates, upgrades, and installation services on a variety of systems. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, personnel, transportation, and all other services necessary to support the Government owned systems. The contractor shall perform the work to meet any applicable codes and regulations, including requirements of the NIH. There will be a firm fixed-price base amount in the contract as well as “call-in” response labor hour element as needed. Parts and equipment may be furnished by the government or be purchased by the contractor. The Scope includes inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, system administration, programming, data back-up, and other related maintenance services needed by the Government on the specified and related systems. Those systems include, but are not limited to: a) Access control system(s) b) Fire alarm system(s) c) Mass Notification system(s) d) Perimeter detection system(s) e) Security Integration system(s) f) Camera system(s) g) Door hardware components h) Leviton tele/data network components i) Utility monitoring and control system(s) The complete solicitation package and Statement of Work (SOW) is anticipated to uploaded on or about 24 February 2022.
