The National Institute of Health (NIH), Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML), through this procurement, intends to award a single award IDIQ (Task Order) service support contract in support of several Government owned systems, generally characterized as low voltage systems. The contractor shall provide a wide range of upgrades, replacements, reconfigurations and new installation services on a variety of systems. This Statement of Work describes the requirements for the RML located at 903 South 4th Street, Hamilton, Montana 59840. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, personnel, transportation and all other services necessary to support the Government owned systems. The contractor shall perform the work to meet any applicable codes and regulations, including requirements of the NIH. The scope includes all necessary work; such as upgrades, replacements, reconfigurations and new installation, and other related services needed by the Government on the specified and related systems. Those systems include, but are not limited to: Access control system(s) Fire alarm system(s) Mass Notification system(s) Perimeter detection system(s) Security Integration system(s) Camera system(s) Door hardware components Leviton tele/data network components Utility monitoring and control system(s)
