The National Institutes of Health, Office of Research Facilities, Office of Acquisitions at the Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML), Hamilton, MT, through this procurement, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a base year and four (4) yearly option periods for UPS Maintenance & Repair Services in support of the Government facilities specified herein and within the Statement of Work. The Statement of Work describes the requirements for the NIH/RML located at 903 South 4th Street, Hamilton, Montana 59840. The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, facilities, and all other items necessary except as otherwise specified, to perform the maintenance and repair of the UPS’s listed in the attachment at Section J. The Contractor shall maintain and repair the list of UPSs’ (See Attached spreadsheet in Section J) at the NIH/RML Campus to the manufacturer’s specifications/standards. The Contractor shall provide all parts costing less than $500.00. Any parts required over $500.00 the Contractor shall provide a written quote to the Contracting Officer for approval to procure the parts, or the parts will otherwise be procured by and provided by the Government.
