THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE REPRESENTING A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR INVITATION FOR BIDS The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is conducting a MARKET SURVEY to determine the availability of Small Business concerns capable of providing all management, supervision, administration, and labor to remove total copper from cooling tower blowdown or equivalent water from 19-21 towers at 50 GPM using electrocoagulation technology so that the effluent water stays in compliance. The NAICS code is 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation System Size Standard $30,000,000.00 Tentative of Performance 1 June 2020-31 July 2020 DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT: Background: The Central Utility Plant (CUP) of National Institutes of Health is in Building 11 of Bethesda campus. It generates steam and chilled water for distribution to the buildings on the Bethesda Maryland campus. The continuous and efficient operation of the CUP is critical for the NIH mission. ANY INTERESTED SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), and DUNS Number. Contractors shall indicate if they are a large or small business (if small, please indicate any applicable socioeconomic status).
