Quantitative Analysis of Longitudinal MR Images
This Sources Sought notice seeks qualified sources, including small businesses, capable of quantitatively analyzing longitudinal MRI data from the Baltimore Longitudinal Study of Aging to measure brain structure and function and classify cognitive impairment risk and resilience. The work continues NIA’s long-running neuroimaging research and requires applying previously developed image analysis, machine learning, and pattern-analysis methods while maintaining longitudinal consistency with data acquired since 1994. The anticipated period of performance is one year from date of award. The effort supports NIA’s Baltimore, MD-based research program and the BLSA’s clinical testing at the NIA-Intramural Research Program Clinical Unit. Interested companies should submit capability statements addressing each project requirement, and the draft Statement of Work is attached for review.
