NIH/NCI intends a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with GE Healthcare for an AssurePoint Standard Service Agreement covering a GE PET Discovery MI-Digital Ready scanner and its DQA Imaging Phantom. The agreement includes preventive maintenance and repair, OEM parts, software/quality updates, remote InSite diagnostics, technical and clinical phone support, TiP-Ed Online, iCenter, and a 97% uptime commitment with specified response times. The contract is a base year plus three option periods running from March 16, 2027, through March 15, 2031, with pricing required for the base and all option periods. Performance will occur at NIH, 10 Center Drive, Building 10, Room B3B300, Bethesda, MD 20892. Although this is a sole-source intent, non-OEM offerors may respond if they provide sufficient information and descriptive literature to establish bona fide capability to meet all requirements.
