The contractor will provide service maintenance for the UM Blaze Microscope in the Flow and Imaging Cytometry Core Facility, ensuring it remains operational and performs to OEM specifications. The Blaze UM Light Sheet Microscope supports imaging of large or multiple cleared samples and must be available when needed for time-phased experiments and research across NINDS’s Department of Intramural Research. The contractor will provide one scheduled maintenance visit per year within 12 months, plus phone support. Services also include routine inspection and replacement of wearing parts, repair services, allocation of parts and labor for necessary repairs, and standard software updates during preventive maintenance.
