NIH’s Office of the Director, Office of Acquisitions intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Hologic Sales and Services, LLC (Hologic Diagenode) for one Bioruptor® Pico Sonication System and associated starter maintenance/consumable accessories. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR 12.603, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. The acquisition is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for agency consideration.
