The NIH/NCI intends to award a sole-source contract to Oxford Nanoimaging Inc. for preventive maintenance of an ONI Nanoimager super-resolution microscope used by the Translational Nanobiology Section, Laboratory of Pathology. The requirement is sole-source because ONI is the original manufacturer and sole provider of authorized maintenance, OEM-trained technicians, proprietary spare parts, and proprietary software updates for the instrument. Performance is at the Laboratory of Pathology, with services needed to maintain peak performance for extracellular vesicle research and next-generation cancer treatment and monitoring work. Interested parties that believe they can meet the requirements may submit capability statements for Government consideration; the Government anticipates making an award approximately five calendar days after the notice closing date.
