NIH’s Center for Scientific Review, through its SREA Management and Service Center, is seeking small-business market information for high-volume travel management support for non-federal peer reviewers, including airline, rail, and bus ticketing; reporting, invoicing, and billing; secure roster processing; 24/7 service continuity; and a GDS-integrated reporting/booking system. The requirement involves approximately 1,700 peer review meetings, 92,000 grant applications, 28,000 domestic/foreign reviewers, and an average of 4,240 travel transactions per month, with a minimum $12,000,000 line of credit and compliance with the Fly America Act, privacy/data security, and Section 508. The applicable NAICS code is 561510 (Travel Agencies) with a $22.0M small-business size standard. The Government anticipates a single-award IDIQ contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, under which firm-fixed-price task orders may be placed.
