Occupational Medical Services (OMS)
This is a market research sources-sought notice, not a solicitation, to identify firms capable of providing occupational medical services for NIH’s Division of Occupational Health and Safety and to inform small business set-aside decisions. The anticipated contract is a single-award cost-reimbursement (cost-plus-fixed-fee) service contract with a base period and option periods, subject to Service Contract Labor Standards. Scope includes emergency/urgent care, pre-placement and periodic medical evaluations, immunizations/travel medicine, medical surveillance, EAP counseling, and clinical operations at multiple fixed sites with a limited mobile component. Performance locations include Bethesda, MD; Frederick, MD; Baltimore, MD; Research Triangle Park, NC; and Hamilton, MT. Respondents are asked to submit a capability statement addressing experience with similar multi-location occupational health services, cost-reimbursement accounting adequacy, small business participation, and set-aside interest.
