This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research only, not a solicitation, and it encourages responses from all businesses, particularly small businesses. The requirement is for a web-based program (SmartBenefits) that allows NIH to assign monthly transit benefits directly to employees’ SmarTrip® cards for mass transit commuting. Performance will occur in the National Capital Region, including the NIH Bethesda Campus. The government is considering a single-award IDIQ contract with a one-year base period and up to four one-year option periods. Interested parties are asked to submit a tailored capability statement demonstrating their experience and ability to perform the work.
