This is a Small Business Sources Sought notice for information and planning purposes only, not a solicitation. The requirement seeks a full-service, turn-key medicinal chemistry operation to support NIH/NINDS therapeutic development, including SAR analysis and design, synthesis, in vitro ADMET studies, computational chemistry/CADD, and compound logistics for 1–10 concurrent projects. Interested small businesses must demonstrate in-house capability, relevant experience, staffing qualifications, and the ability to scale up or down as needed. Responses should also address small business status, place of manufacturing, and any assertion that the services are commercial in nature. The government will use this information to determine whether a small business set-aside is possible and may issue a future solicitation.
