NIH/NEI intends to procure on a sole-source basis an Alazar Technologies ATS9380 Camera Acquisition Circuit Board, ATS9416 camera acquisition board, external clock upgrade, and associated signal cable for the NEI Op10 clinical AOOCT imaging program. The system must provide up to 10.4 GS/s sampling, DC-to-5-GHz bandwidth, 16-channel single-card acquisition, and compatibility with existing NEI software and custom electronics to support ongoing clinical studies. Market research identified Alazar Technologies as the only source meeting these combined technical and operational requirements; alternative systems would require substantial modification, integration, and software redesign. The contractor must deliver firm-fixed-price hardware within 90 days after award to NEI, 10 Center Drive, Building 10, Room 9N240B, Bethesda, MD 20892. Although award is intended for Alazar Technologies, all timely quotations demonstrating ability to meet the complete requirements will be considered.
