A Senior Executive Consultant team is sought to support the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute’s Immediate Office of the Director in implementing a new organizational structure across functional groups and sub-elements. The team will provide advisory support to document roles, workflows, decision-making relationships, and operating procedures so the new structure functions effectively and sustainably. Support will also help staff transition into responsibilities and functions that are new to many of them due to the organizational reset. The consultant will additionally provide change management support to clarify expectations, define ways of working, build capacity, and align the reorganized functional groups.
