This is a sole-source procurement intended for Agilent Technologies Inc. to provide maintenance and calibration for Agilent/BioTek temperature- and air-controlled automated microscopy systems used by NIDDK for high-throughput sickle cell disease drug discovery. Required services include preventative maintenance and calibration, unlimited telephone support, repairs by Agilent Certified Engineers, Agilent Certified Parts, consumables, labor and travel, annual preventative maintenance visits, applicable instrument updates, and the Agilent service guarantee. The period of performance is September 25, 2026 through September 24, 2027, with services performed at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Although the Government intends to award on a sole-source basis to Agilent, timely quotations from responsible sources will be considered if they demonstrate the ability to meet all technical and operational requirements at a fair and reasonable price. Quotations must include detailed service, personnel, parts, support, and pricing information, and the contractor must be registered in SAM.gov.
