The required services include annual preventative maintenance visits and calibration, unlimited telephone support, repairs by Agilent Certified Engineers, labor and travel to NIH, consumables, Agilent Certified Parts, instrument updates, and the Agilent service guarantee. Market research identified Agilent Technologies Inc. as the only source capable of providing the complete manufacturer-specific combination of services, though all timely quotations demonstrating ability to meet all requirements will be considered.
