Agilent/BioTek Instrument Maintenance
The NIH/NIDDK intends to procure, on a sole-source basis, a firm-fixed-price maintenance and calibration service plan for Agilent/BioTek temperature- and air-controlled automated microscopy systems used in high-throughput sickle cell disease drug discovery. The required services include annual preventative maintenance visits and calibration, unlimited telephone support, repairs by Agilent Certified Engineers, labor and travel to NIH, consumables, Agilent Certified Parts, instrument updates, and the Agilent service guarantee. Market research identified Agilent Technologies Inc. as the only source capable of providing the complete manufacturer-specific combination of services, though all timely quotations demonstrating ability to meet all requirements will be considered. The period of performance is September 25, 2026 through September 24, 2027. Services will be performed at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
