NIH/NIDDK intends to award a sole-source contract to Bluefors Cryocooler Technologies, Inc. for two helium reliquifier systems for NMR magnets. The systems must each generate at least 3 liters per hour of liquid helium and be compatible with a 175 kilogauss Magnex magnet in Building 5, Room B2-33, and a 141 kilogauss Oxford Instruments magnet in Building 8, Room B2A-04, on the NIH campus in Bethesda, MD. Interested parties may submit capability statements showing they can meet the requirements, and the Government will determine whether to proceed sole-source or compete. The Government anticipates making an award approximately five calendar days after the notice closes.
