Digital Anatomy Printer

Notice ID:75N98026Q01221

The NIH intends to issue a non-competitive, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Stratasys, Inc. for a Stratasys J850 Digital Anatomy 3D Printer and associated equipment, proprietary software, materials, accessories, training, warranty, maintenance, and technical support. The required multi-material PolyJet system must produce highly realistic anatomical models with tissue- and bone-like visual, physical, biomechanical, and radiological characteristics for NIH research, medical modeling, training, and device development. The Government states that only the Stratasys J850 Digital Anatomy platform and its proprietary ecosystem—including TissueMatrix, BoneMatrix, GelMatrix, RadioMatrix, software, and anatomical presets—provides the integrated validated solution needed. Offerors must submit pricing and capability information covering unit/list prices, shipping and handling, delivery timeframe after award, F.O.B. point, warranty and maintenance, part numbers, SAM registration, and authorization to provide proprietary Stratasys products if not the manufacturer. Interested parties may submit a capability statement showing they can provide an equivalent system meeting all technical and compatibility requirements, though award may be made on initial quotations without discussions.
