The NIH, NIAAA, SensMET requires an integrated Doric Lenses FluoPulse Fiber Photometry / Fluorescence Lifetime Photometry System and accessories for intramural neuroscience experiments involving two-color recordings, optogenetic stimulation, calibrated optical power measurement, synchronized behavioral video, and compatible data analysis software. The Government intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Government Scientific Source, Inc. under FAR 6.302-1 because the complete, manufacturer-supported integrated configuration is necessary to avoid compatibility risks, redesign, and revalidation. The requested package includes the FluoPulse console, fluorescence lifetime photometry mini cube, fiberoptic rotary joint and interfaces, 638 nm laser light source, power meter, USB 3.0 behavior camera, calibration sample, configured workstation, and one-year danse software license. Interested parties that believe they can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement for consideration in deciding whether to proceed sole-source or compete. Award is anticipated approximately five calendar days after the notice response period closes.
