The National Institute on Aging and the Center for Alzheimer's and Related Dementias require Single Cell Multiome kits to study molecular mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative disease with Lewy body pathology. These reagents will support research comparing Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia with Lewy bodies, and neurologically normal individuals. The work includes spatial analysis to identify affected brain regions and examine disease-related dysregulation. Findings may help identify therapeutic genes and pathways that could be targeted to improve symptoms and disease states.
