The opportunity is for an nCounter Pro Analysis System, including install and train kits, a Prep Station, a 1-year warranty, and 48-month Gold system and Prep Station service contracts. The service plan begins after the initial 12-month warranty, which starts when the equipment is installed and accepted by the Government point of contact. Bruker Spatial Biology must provide manufacturer-authorized maintenance, service, technical support, and repairs for the nCounter Pro System. Required services include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, software and firmware updates, replacement of manufacturer-approved parts, and technical assistance to maintain original performance specifications. All service must be performed by Bruker-trained personnel using manufacturer-approved procedures and components.
