The instrument must be a fully automated, high-throughput proteomics platform with integrated qPCR and NGS workflows, processing up to 288 samples per run. It must require less than 30 minutes total hands-on time, under 5 minutes for setup, and deliver results in under 6 hours for singleplex or under 15 hours for multiplex NGS assays, with cartridge-based reagents supporting three consecutive runs. It must include liquid handling, onboard computing with software (ARGO Command Center and NULISA Analysis) for end-to-end data transformation, an API for custom development, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. It must be compatible with NULISA™ technology for attomolar-level detection, support singleplex to high-plex analysis (100s–1000s of targets), and accept diverse sample types including plasma, serum, CSF, urine, and cell culture media. Physical requirements include specified limits for footprint, weight, operating conditions, and electrical inputs, with delivery required within 90 days from award.
