Bridge12 Technologies automated high-velocity microsecond freeze hyper-quenching system

Notice ID:75N98026Q01138

The NIH intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Bridge12 Technologies for an automated high-velocity microsecond freeze hyper-quenching system. The system must achieve a dead time of 500 microseconds or less and be compatible with Q-band electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) applications. This rapid capability is required to capture short-lived chemical intermediates that conventional millisecond-scale systems cannot resolve. Market research identified Bio-Logic as an alternative, but its system only offers roughly a 9-millisecond dead time, failing to meet the requirements. Interested parties that can demonstrate an equivalent system may submit a capability statement for the government’s consideration.
