Gold Maintenance and Service Plan for an ImageStream MKII imaging flow cytometer
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Cytek Biosciences, Inc. for a Gold Maintenance and Service Plan covering an ImageStream MKII imaging flow cytometer. This will be pursued as a single-source acquisition because Cytek is the manufacturer and the only source with the proprietary knowledge and authorized service capabilities required. The service is needed to maintain the instrument to manufacturer specifications and ensure reliable operation for ongoing NIH research. Although this is not a request for competitive quotes, interested sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the required maintenance and repair services, and the government will consider all timely responses. An award is anticipated approximately five calendar days after the notice closes, unless another responsible source is found capable.
