The NIH UDP Translational Laboratory, which uses high-resolution fluorescence microscopy to study genetic variants from the Undiagnosed Diseases Program, needs to expand the analytical capabilities of its existing Keyence BZ-X1000 microscope. The procurement is for three software modules: Hybrid Cell Count, Macro Cell Count, and 3D Analysis. These modules will enable accurate single-cell detection, automated whole-tissue quantification, and three-dimensional reconstruction of cellular structures.
