This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent to award a non-competitive, sole-source contract to Transwall Office System Inc. for additional Transwall demountable wall system components. The requirement supports the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD) space consolidation at 5601 Fishers Lane, Rockville, Maryland. Approximately 65% of the required components will be reused from existing government-owned inventory, with additional components needed to ensure compatibility with the existing installed system. The acquisition is conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and will not exceed $350,000. Interested parties may submit a capability statement, but the Government may proceed on a non-competitive basis at its discretion.
