Procurement of one (1) Brand Name or Equal QST Lab Thermal Stimulator (TCS 2.2) System and Associated Components.
The National Institutes of Health intends to award a non-competitive, single-source contract for one brand-name or equal QST Lab Thermal Stimulator (TCS 2.2) system and associated components. The procurement supports the NCCIH Sensory Cells and Circuits Lab’s research on how sensory input is processed and how pain versus innocuous stimuli are distinguished. The acquisition will follow FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, with the value not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. Interested parties may respond with a capability statement, technical and cost-price proposals, period of performance, UEI, TIN, and business size certification. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals, and the government will decide whether to proceed non-competitively or compete the requirement.
