Skin commensal sequencing
The NIH intends to award a non-competitive, single-source contract to SeqCoast Genomic LLC for skin commensal genome extraction and sequencing services supporting the Segre laboratory’s human skin microbiome research. Performance will occur at the contractor’s facility in Portsmouth, NH. The procurement is under simplified acquisition procedures, with the total amount not expected to exceed the $350,000 simplified acquisition threshold. Interested parties may submit a capability statement, technical and cost proposal, period of performance, UEI, TIN, and business size certification, and must maintain active SAM registration. The government will decide whether to proceed non-competitively or competitively based on the responses received.
