Nanobody against NPR-C for growth disorder
This opportunity seeks a vendor to generate nanobodies (VHH) against human NPR-C for potential therapeutic use in growth disorders such as achondroplasia. The scope includes antigen production, alpaca/llama immunization, and either phage/yeast display library generation and screening or single B-cell cloning, followed by VHH-Fc expression, purification, and characterization. The project is expected to be completed within 4–6 months, with phases including antigen generation (2–4 weeks), immunization (6–8 weeks), screening/sequencing, production, and candidate characterization. Final deliverables include at least 10 unique VHH sequences, purified antibodies (1 mg each) with expected affinity of KD =10 nM, and supporting characterization data.
