Title: Cellink BIO X Advanced Multi-Material 3D Bioprinting System for Cancer Biology and Organoid Research
The laboratory investigates tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic response using advanced 3D culture systems, organoid models, and engineered tissue microenvironments. Current manual methods for generating 3D tissue models introduce variability in geometry, cell distribution, and matrix composition, which reduces experimental reproducibility. To support NIH-funded research, the lab requires a high-precision 3D bioprinting platform capable of reproducibly fabricating multicellular tissue constructs using diverse biomaterials. The system must integrate with existing cell culture, microscopy, and molecular analysis workflows. It should enable standardized production of physiologically relevant in vitro models.
