Notice of intent to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with Illumina, Inc. for preventive and corrective maintenance of one Government-owned Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing system (serial A01064). Services include preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, replacement parts, technical support, software/configuration support, and performance verification per manufacturer specifications. The Government considers Illumina the only responsible source due to the need for proprietary diagnostics, specialized service tools, and manufacturer-authorized parts. Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
