NIAID is seeking capability statements from organizations under NAICS 541513 for professional services to relocate IT infrastructure from the Alternate Processing Facility in Ashburn, Virginia, to NIH Building 33 in Bethesda, Maryland, and to complete physical decommissioning of the APF. The contractor would provide project management, relocate approximately four racks and storage containing about 135 TB of data, maintain chain of custody, remove designated infrastructure, replace damaged raised floor tiles, clean using HEPA/static-safe methods, patch and paint walls, and dispose of decommissioned materials.
