This is a Small Business Sources Sought notice for a PROsix high refresh rate 6-Primary Hyperspectral LED projector or equal, requiring six independent LED channels, refresh rates up to 1440 Hz, and microsecond-level timing precision. The equipment will be used at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) behavioral laboratory in the OP4 clinic (room 315) to support over 40 researchers in visual psychophysical experiments. The contractor must ship the equipment within seven days after receipt of order and provide a DATAPixx3 acquisition system, short-throw lens, rear projection screen, installation, and training. The Government seeks capability statements from qualified small businesses that address each project requirement, including company size, place of manufacture, and technical qualifications. Responses are for market research only and will help determine whether a set-aside is possible.
