The National Cancer Institute intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to the Viral Vector Core at the University of Oxford for production of ChAdOx-1 and MVA viral vectors expressing mouse gp70, to support vaccine research against brain metastasis. The work includes designing and constructing a codon-optimized gene expression cassette encoding mouse gp70 and the mouse class II invariant chain, then producing both viral vectors. The intended performance location is the University of Oxford’s Pandemic Science Institute in Oxford, UK. The period of performance is six months from the date of award, with payment net 30 days after deliverable acceptance.
