The contract requires three planned preventative maintenance visits during the contract period, performed by factory-trained personnel. Service includes thorough cleaning, calibration, adjustment, inspection, and operational testing through one complete cycle. On-site emergency repair service is also required during normal working hours (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) at no additional cost to the government. For emergencies, the contractor must provide a one-hour initial response and a four-hour on-site response from a qualified representative. All labor and travel are included.
