This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent to award a non-competitive service contract to Agilent Technologies for the Agilent RapidFire 400 System at the NICHD Mass Spectrometry Core Facility. The contract will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. Performance will take place at the NIH campus in Bethesda, Maryland. Interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement, but this is not a request for competitive proposals.
