Automation of NGS library preps using an Agilent Magnis NGS prep system.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a non-competitive contract to Agilent Technologies for an Agilent Magnis NGS prep system to automate next-generation sequencing library preparations. This acquisition is conducted under simplified acquisition procedures and is expected to not exceed $350,000, the simplified acquisition threshold. The system will be used by the National Cancer Institute's Surgery Branch to automate NGS library production from immunotherapy cancer patient tumor samples, ensuring continuity with existing Agilent kits. Interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their bona-fide capabilities to fulfill the requirement. All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
