This opportunity is for a contractor to provide Dovetail Genomics LLC Micro-C services, including sample processing and data generation, to study how substrate stiffness affects 3D chromatin architecture in colon cancer cells. The contractor will process 8 government-provided samples using the Dovetail platform, perform quality control, deliver data files, and offer technical support.
