Performance of services will be at the NIH facility in Bethesda, Maryland. The acquisition is conducted under simplified acquisition procedures, with a budget not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. Responses from interested parties are due by July 24, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern time.
