This contract requires a contractor to provide full preventive and emergency maintenance for a government-owned Applied Spectral Imaging (ASI) system. Services will be performed at the Genetics Branch in Building 37, Room 6144, with a performance period from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027. The contractor must conduct at least one preventive maintenance inspection and provide one emergency repair service at no additional cost. All replacement parts, except consumables, are included, and service must be performed by a factory-trained representative. The contractor is not responsible for repairs due to abuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
