The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a non-competitive contract to the University of Wisconsin–Madison for an evidence-based mentor training workshop. This workshop, provided by the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER), aims to equip NIAMS research mentors with practical skills to improve mentoring practices and foster inclusive environments.
