LE-MA900FP System Maintenance Service Agreement for Period 07/19/2026 through 07/18/2027
The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment for on-site preventive and emergency maintenance of a government-owned Sony LE MA900 cell sorter used in clinical trial research at NIH/NCI in Bethesda, MD. The contract includes a 12-month base period from July 19, 2026, to July 18, 2027, with optional 12-month extensions. Three planned preventive maintenance visits are required, along with emergency repair services during normal business hours, including a one-hour initial response and four-hour on-site response. All replacement parts (excluding consumables), software updates, and unlimited technical phone support are included at no additional cost. Technically qualified, factory-trained personnel with at least three years of experience on this specific equipment must perform all services.
