The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a non-competitive, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Clarivate Analytics for an institutional subscription to the Pivot-RP research funding intelligence platform. This platform supports the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute’s Division of Intramural Research Grant Clearinghouse initiative. A formal pilot and market scan from December 2024 to May 2025 determined that Pivot-RP is the only platform meeting all programmatic and technical requirements. The contract includes a base period and one twelve-month option period. Performance will be at Clarivate Analytics’ location in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
