Skin Commensal Sequencing
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a non-competitive contract to SeqCoast Genomic LLC for sequencing skin commensal organisms to support human skin microbiome research. The work involves extracting and sequencing DNA from human skin samples to enable cost-saving methods for ongoing strain sharing studies. The contract value will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. Performance of services will be at SeqCoast Genomic LLC’s location in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
