Purchase of Bioruptor Pico sonication device
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a non-competitive contract to Hologic Sales and Service, LLC/Diagenode, LLC for the purchase of a Bioruptor Pico sonication device. This device is needed for high-throughput genomic and epigenomic studies, specifically for shearing DNA, RNA, and chromatin for next-generation sequencing and other applications. The contract value will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. Performance of services will be at the NIH location in Bethesda, Maryland.
