OEM Repair and On-Site Service for InSight X3 DualC Laser System
This acquisition seeks OEM repair and on-site service for a non-operational InSight X3 DualC laser system critical to NIH research. A field service technician will uninstall and ship the system to the OEM factory, install a loaner unit to maintain research continuity, and later reinstall the repaired system. Repairs are estimated to take 2–3 months, with all labor, packing, shipping, and travel included. The vendor must fully insure the equipment during transport and repair, with liability up to full replacement. Performance of services is for the DC/MD/VA region, and the acquisition is structured as a fixed-price service.
