The purpose of this modification is to issue Amendment No. 1, which provides responses to solicitation questions. Original Description The Office of Research Services (ORS), Events Management Branch (EMB), has an ongoing requirement, under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, to provide to the NIH community broadcast quality real-time captioning (closed and open) for streaming live and prerecorded events held on-site and/or virtually across various platforms, delivered to web/podcast or satellite broadcast, and capable of being displayed as continuous seamless captioning on television screens, video monitors, virtual platforms and mobile devices. ORS, EMB is seeking a Contractor to provide post-production video captioning and audio description services (for the blind) for live and prerecorded video content; edited and raw transcription files, upon request; and captioning and transcription services from English to Spanish, French and Chinese.
