The purpose of this service contract is to provide on-site repair as well as preventive maintenance, telephone technical support, hardware/software revisions/upgrades, and remote diagnostics as appropriate, trained staff, special tools, diagnostic equipment, software, firmware, and parts necessary to maintain the instruments systems and accessories to the appropriate operational characteristics consistent with Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. A detailed description of the requirement can be found in the Statement of Work (SOW). Proposals All proposals are due electronically no later than Friday, December 1, 2023, 12:00 pm.
