This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Part 16.5, Indefinite Delivery Contracts, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) under RFP Number 75N98023R00018. The Contractor is to provide trademark-related services that may be required by the NIH Branch of the Office of General Counsel (“NIH-OGC”) in its role as the Department’s lead provider of intellectual property legal counseling. Questions in regard to this solicitation are due July 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM EST to the Contracting Officer via email at ajaooj@od.nih.gov.
